I fell in love with quilt designer Kaffe Fassett’s patterns and fabrics.  I loved the way his large scale fabrics work together to make complex, lush quilts.  Of course, I chose not to use the recommended fabrics and my result was very different. The batik cats seemed just right for Amy, the cat lover.
