After I finished Autumn Splendor I decided that I like the idea of a dramatic design on top of a complex pieced background.  When I saw this pattern for Weaver Fever I thought it would be a perfect background for a quilt.  It might have worked if I hadn’t chosen the bright pink/coral fabric.  As it turned out the quilt was too strong to become a background.  I added the applique flowers to spice it up.  This quilt was machine quilted by Linda Sekerak.
