When we moved to Portland our grandsons Isaac and Henry were both three years old and spent Thursdays with us.  One of our favorite activities was walking down the alleys to the library for story hour.  Jumping puddles was much more fun than plain old sidewalks!  We gave the boys Fire Chief Rain Boots and they were delighted.  Both pair were worn to smithereens before the year was out.
